It’s a hackneyed truth that “Change is the only constant”, and those of us who can manage change on both a professional and personal basis will be best placed to navigate our future working world – and build our current organisations into ones that can adapt and grow as the world changes.
I’m a qualified Change Manager, and I’ve been delivering organisational change for over 20 years. I’m still learning, and this blog is my way of collating and sharing what I’ve learnt about managing change successfully, and the lessons I’ve learned from unsuccessful change projects.
